Sometimes things just don't work out. You are not 100% happy with your jewelry? Please contact us to request a refund or an exchange. You're required to return your item within 30 days from delivery. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to post the return within 30 days. 

Refund: Your refund gets returned to your account within ten days of our warehouse receiving the returned item(s).

Exchange: If you decide on an exchange, we'll send the exchange-jewelry automatically on the day your return is received in our warehouse.

Sometimes life gets in the way: If you request a refund for an item during the 30-day time frame but can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch. However, please note that any refund or Goldmariie gift voucher will be at our discretion.

Original Condition: All items are inspected on return. Please note that we can only take back jewelry in its original condition and packaging without signs of wear. Of course, it's alright to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged or worn, we are not able to process a refund.

Cost of return: You are responsible for covering the shipping fee for sending an item back to us.
