Shipping times for in-stock items

We will dispatch your jewelry within 24h of the time when you placed your order with us. Shipping takes another 3 days.

Shipping times for pre-order items

Please refer to our product pages for detailed information on when your item will be ready to ship. We will send you an email with the tracking link once your order is packed and dispatched. After your jewelry left our warehouse, it will take another 3 days to arrive at your delivery address.

Shipping fees

• For standard shipping with … we charge $4.90 per shipment.
• For overnight shipping, the fee is $20 per shipment.
• For purchases above $80 standard shipping is free.

Please note: items with different shipping times will be shipped together once all items from your order are available. If you want split shipping, please get in touch with us via our contact page.

Delays

We want to keep everybody safe. And while we process and fulfill orders in our normal time frame, carriers are experiencing delays caused by staff and process adjustments due to the new situation.

During Black Friday/ Cyber Monday week and before Christmas, our warehouse and all carriers have to process a very high volume of orders and parcels. Please allow a few extra days for your order to reach your doorstep.
