Warranty

Our jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty. If your item should arrive broken or breaks in the first 30 days from receiving it due to manufacturing issues, please contact us. We will send a free replacement. Further, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping-label, should we require you to return the faulty item eligible for our warranty.

Please note: natural inclusions and small flaws in our gemstones are not considered a defect. All our gemstones are genuine. We hope you can appreciate the natural variations and uniqueness of each of our pieces.
